the Granville area is looking ahead to a renaissance. together with the City of Milwaukee and the university of Wisconsin-Milwaukee the bid is hosting a charrette to determine how we want Granville to look, what is the proper mix of industrial, commercial, residential, and retail? what is the mix to bring a new renaissance to the area. the charrette is march 1, 2017 at uwm. the results will be presented at a presentation to all of us and the city, county and state officials and the developers and investors.
